Suitable for all levels, you will be guided through an intelligent + intuitive slow flow that builds on correct and safe alignment, conscious breathing techniques and deep drops into restorative stillness with calming relaxation to help focus and quieten the mind. Each class designed with modifications to meet you exactly where you are, our Hatha Flow practice will deeply open, cleanse and tone your whole body, improve your strength, flexibility and cultivate mindfulness and radical presence.
