One of my fave "go-to" afternoon mini rests.
Sweet & simple- you just need a bolster or a stack of blankets + eye pillow if you like.
We begin with a diaphragmatic release, to extend the exhalation and then a refreshing legs up variation. Invite a heightened awareness of your breath and follow the exhalation right down to the last whisper. Get more comfortable with resting in the space at the base for a felt sense of stillness and even deeper rest. Counterposed with apanasana + gentle rolling twist, BK feet on bolster & savasana for as long as you can stay!!
